Aurora for Audacity v. 2.4.1 - new release on 24/03/2021

Installation Notes

For Windows,the ZIP archive already contains a folder named Audacity-2.4.1-ASIO_aurora.
Its contents should be simply copied in the target folder named 
C:\Program Files (x86)\Audacity of your Windows-64 PC, overwriting the existing files.
The Aurora modules and the ASIO support are already included.
This target folder should already exist, if you already have the standard Audacity 2.41 installed.
If this folder does not exist, before copying there the files coming from this zip archive you 
should first install the standard version of Audacity 2.4.1,and then replace all the files 
in the folder shown above with the ones coming from the ZIP archive provided here.
The standard version 2.4.1 of Audacity, compatible with Aurora, can be downloaded here:

For Mac OS, the ZIP file already contains an .APP archive, which should be simply copied 
in the Applications folder of your Mac. The Aurora modules are already included.
In this case there is no need of having the standard version of Audacity 2.4.1 already installed.

In both cases, for saving multichannel audio files, remember to DISABLE the stupid option 
in the Audacity preferences which downmix all exports to stereo (2 channels).

****************** IMPORTANT *****************
 The Aurora plugins are not enabled by default.
 After installing Audition, you should enable ALL of them.
 Go to Tools - Add-remove plugins
 Click on the button "Select All", and then on the button "Enable".
 Only after doing this the Aurora plugins will appear, in the following menus:
 - Generate
 - Tools
 - Analyze
