Apart some experimental systems developed in various research centers, the market provides nowdays several high-resolution massive microphone arrays, as the ones shown here and owned at the Acoustics Labs of the university of Parma, Italy:

Zylia ZM-1 | Eigenmike-32(TM) | Eigenmike-64(TM) | SPCMIC | ZOTECH | AIDA |
Some of these arrays employ more than 32 capsules, whilst the standard release of Audacity only allows exporting tracks to a single multichannel WAV file having up to 32ch max.
So it was necessary to recompile Audacity with a much larger channel count, this release has a max number of exported channels equal to 128.
This folder contains the latest stable version 3.6.1 of Audacity, compiled with ASIO support enabled, in Windows-64bits mode.
Both Windows and Mac versions are provided, compiled expanding the maximum number of channels being exported to 128, instead of the 32 of the standard version.
This allows to edit and export the raw (A-format) 64-channels tracks coming from the Eigenmike-64 or 84-channels tracks coming from the SPCMIC or 56 channelscoming from the Zotech.
Furthermore, High Order Ambisonics is supported up to order 10 (121 channels).
